    Dental health

hey everyone... we should really try to take care of our dental health coz its really worth it.. I happen to know a friend which is an ex-smoker.. He is now having troubles of how to get the stain out of his teeth.. it really is a bad problem.. i told him to get some dental products, I'm sure that'll help right..? and some hygiene products too.. He should see his dentist for treatment..
