    School Accessibility

    Advertisements

    Hello,

I would like to study medicine at Charles University in Prague. I have to two questions:

    1. I am using a manual wheelchair and I can not walk. I am wondering how accessible is the university?

    2. I have already finished my bachelor of electrical engineering and master of science in Mechatronics. I was wondering how the admission would be in my case?

I would appreciate if I could get some information regarding my questions.

    Thanks very much in advance.

    Anoush

I believe you will need to complete the degree from scratch (6 years) and sit the entrance exams still

Caribbean universities are good for graduate entry medicine.
Also, I'm not sure you will have the right to work in Czech republic even after graduating

Thanks very much again for your advice. I have got my degrees from Germany and I am now in Sweden working as a researcher. I wish if possible to continue my study in the Europe. I am not Swedish but I will be happy to graduate from a university whose degree is accredited in Europe and North America.

It would be great if I could save some years since I have already graduated. I would like to get credit for what I have already achieved. Which universities in Europe do give credit for graduates?

This is also something I'm still researching. Poland does but they don't have ECFMG accreditation in the US yet. Also, I don't know if they allow non EU nationals to work as doctors.
