    Clinical Training in Teaching Hospitals

    Advertisements

Destiny University clinical training in teaching hospitals
Destiny University presently has an excellent campus in St. Lucia, which will be expanded with completion of a 30 million dollar campus within a year. Its students do their core clinical training in TEACHING HOSPITALS in the USA and elsewhere, which allows students to be showcased for residency programs, to work along side of US medical students, and to accurately assess their own skills.

Destiny University may not be for you, but donít you owe it to yourself to personally find out as much about Destiny and other medical schools as you can before you make your decision?

Sounds like an unpaid advertisement or a prelude to an infomercial.

    Density School of Inlfated baloons

I really don't get it, how such schools are even on ValueMD ??
How do you register such schools and why some schools like UHSA which are ten times better with solid track record, and hundreds of licensed MDs....are not even on ValueMD ??

Didn't hear of any licensed MD or Resident from the "Density School"
New School, with lots of air, nothing to show for !!

    Care to share ??

    Thanks

Not so fast tiger. I am sorry and I know you very proud of UHSA but face it, build up fame and go to sleep as we say where I come from. Your statement that UHSA is ten times better with solid track record might be construed as annecdotal evidence. Those of us who have lived around the area and know the history of Caribbean medical offshore schools since at least , let me say, 1982, know about the reputation of UHSA and trust me, it does not have the best reputation out there. It is going to take them YEARS to fix their image, I am not saying it is impossible, just saying it won't happen in a short period of time. Same goes for Spartan. No offense intended.

You have always been my favorites..I appreciate your command over knowledge of the entire caribbean...just a thought on the last line u wrote-At least at Spartan- you may see for yourself the changes that have come by in just one year, since there has been change of management- looks like there is a total turnaround and Image Makeover as one may put it- newer faculties being added, US med school Dean is the curriculum advisor, restructured course outlines, review courses and US faculty actually visiting the islands to teach...all this does seem a lot for just one year ! Looks like there is a lot in store for all those who are now going to be part of Spartan Brand...at least something good happening to a offshore med school... in the current times and all this is with such affordable tuitions. I'm not saying that this is the ultimate..rather this looks to be just the BEGINNING of a new phase!

By the Spartan has at least 1700 graduates to be proud of!!!
