core rotation at an affiliated hospital

    Advertisements

here is the scenario...I am scheduled to do a pediatric and surgery rotation at a hospital that does not have a ped or surgery residency, but it does have residencies in ob/gyn, family medicine, trasitional year, and radiology, plus it is affiliated with a medical school in the area...does anyone know if i will have a problem in the future by doing those two rotations at a place that doesnt have residency in those fields????

    Only if...

Only if the state you are getting licensed in requries a green book by specialty such as Texas in which the there must also be a residency for the rotation you are doing
