    GreenBook Q

    Help!

Sorry for asking another greenbook question- but I need help, ASAP. I think I may have made a huge mistake lining up my first two electives-

If a particular hospital has an affiliation or satellite campus is it still considered green? Specifically:

    - Rotation at Cleveland Clinic Florida
which is not in the greenbook....but the one in Cleveland Clinic Ohio is. Does this count?

    - If the hospital has a fellowship in a particular area, lets say UroGynaecology... but no residency program, is this green?

    - Neurosurgery rotation at ASU, Tuscon Campus/hospital. Again- no NeuroSurgery residency at Tuscon location, but there is one at the main Pheonix campus. Is this green?

    Thanks guys-

Only if that satellite campus is listed as a teaching affiliate on acgme.org. See my signature for more information. Don't trust your school's officials or the hospital's administrators - use acgme.org to look it up yourself.

Which rotation? (you don't have to reply - but do look it up)

    Green for urogynecology

Yes, this is green because Tucson Medical Center is listed on acgme.org/adspublic as a teaching affiliate under the Neurosurgery listing for "University of Arizona Program"
