i was just wondering if there is an particular order 3rd/4th year clinicals should be completed to maximize learning experience. some say start w/ internal to learn the basics, some say pysch, some say start w/ electives to get familiar w/ the hospital. i know u can do whatever order u want just depends on what is available in that hospital or/and your school, but i just want to know what is good 2 start with or particular order which is optimal to maximize experience during 3rd/4th year. for instance i know probably starting clinicals w/ surgery is doable but probably harder than if u haven't completed some other cores first or electives. any advice plz....
