My father had a knee replacement surgery last year, and he was using crutches for walking. Last month, when he tried to walk without crutches, and he found it difficult to walk. I think that his knee is not able to support the entire body weight. Now, his knee has started swelling, and we took him to a physiotherapy clinic near us as per my friend's suggestion. The physiotherapist out there said that rehabilitation treatments over there can help to resolve the problem. My father is in his early sixties. Is it safe to have the treatment at this age?
Hopefully waiting for your responses.
