~within walking distance to AUC
~has a power generator in case of power outages
~has laundry machines
~furnished
~no smoking
~wifi
~kitchen
~air conditioning

Could you please provide me with the following information about the unit if you haven't already:

~monthly rent
~unit description including photos and sq. footage
~distance and walking time from the unit to AUC Medical School campus
~minimum lease contract
