    Advertisements

how long would it take to get from Palm beach condos to AUC on a moped.. is it any advantage to drive a moped during rush hour? How bad is rush hour?

Has anyone rented at Palm Beach ? It looks nice in the pictures..

    Quick and easy

Hi there - The students who have rented, or are renting at Palm Beach, say it takes under 10 minutes by car, so it should be quicker by moped, and in the morning the traffic is in the opposite direction. I can put you in touch with current and past AUC student renters if you PM me. You can also see a review or two at www.mapsxm.com - also go the the home-page for a scalable google map with the locations.
There is a two bedroom two bathroom unit available now with flexible move-in dates, and I know other students are looking for room-mates. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to PM me.
And yes, it is a very very lovely place to stay!

    Best regards, Laurey-Ann

To be completely honest with you, i lived where i had to drive to school and then i moved to within walking distance of school and it was the best decision ever to be able to walk home whenever, You want to avoid as much driving as possible, plus during regular rainstorms the golfcourse floods the road and you would have to go thru mud or deep water etc... In my opinion if you cant walk to school, dont do it

    tsiard,

thank you for that very honest response. I am going to reconsider and try to see if they have any openings at Aventura or Palm Ct.
