Looking for housing for Mid-Late December onwards

I am looking for an apartment from about the 16th of December or latest January 1st or 2nd 2011.

I would like a place that is clean, relatively close to campus (~10 min walking fine), with a laundry service, stove, AC, security at least at night, and a generator. My budget for housing goes up to 1200-1300 max w/o utilities

If anyone knows a place that will be available that fits what I am looking for, please let me know!

I won't mind a one bedroom or a studio.

I have a 2BR/2BA in Rainbow Beach Club that is available for the times you are looking to move in. Rainbow Beach Club has everything you listed there except the laundry service, but the unit comes with a washer and dryer. Let me know if you are interested. that unit is guaranteed to be available if you want to stay there. Campus Village is the most desired place to stay at since it has all the amenities you requested plus its 2 mins from school. Email Solutions management if you're interested. PM me if you need more details
