    BSEP program

    Advertisements

    Hello Everybody!

I just got accepted to AICASA of baisc science enhancement program. Is one semester taking 3 courses of advanced biology, I believe is genetic, microbiology, and physiology. And if I have 2.75 average for those 3 courses then I'll be admitted directly into basic science first year. I am wondering, does anyone know which books are they using I want to pre-read before class start! If anyone know that would be great! Thank you guys!

    Cheers
    Jason

Because it's the 1st sem, you need books which are crisp, as more theoretical knowledge can make you confused. There are ample books available for genetics but you can opt for the book 'human molecular genetics' or 'DNA from the Beginning' as they are simple and precise. For microbiology and physiology, the books 'Molecular and Cellular Biology of Protozoan Parasites Mark F. Wiser' and 'Applied Physiology by Frank Overton' will help you.

well, I have read over many threads regard to BSEP program and I find different student's requirements are a bit different. Mine are: Micro, Genetic, Cell Bio, Human anatomy & physiology. However, I find some student don't have to take certain course but do take other courses such as organic chem. I'm not 100% sure since I haven't go there and study yet! If you know which courses you are taking I can send you the book title that others send to me!
