Get your BA and apply in the US..if you can't get in..then try for AUA...It will make your life easier even if you come to AUA with a BA when you apply for your licenses. (Some states require a degree..others just 90 credit hours, some don't care).

no only about 25% of the student in AUA have a degree, in fact some people get accepted with a degrees from 15 to 20 years ago (some of there degrees are in like news papper or politics) what I mean is that not related to medical school at all

Come on, you have to require a bachelors. If nurses have bachelors as a minimum, how can future doctors not have a bachelors' requirement? Crazy...

Are nurses really required to have a bachelor's degree for licensing?

Well, associate's degree, then bachelor's in nursing. Some nurses get bachelors before nursing school also. It just seems like a minimum requirement to me... especially in the North American medical training system. In the East and UK its a little different since you enter 6 years of med school straight outta HS.

I can't think of a single US State which requires a bachelor's degree for licensure of doctors.
