Can anyone give some insight about this rotation? How are the hours and do you get to intubate? Is there a better AUA-affiliated hospital to do this elective at?

It's a great rotation. Def one of better ones at Wyckoff. You go to the hospital M-F from 7 am to about 3 or 4 pm. It really all depends on how many surgeries are scheduled for that day so it varies. The teaching is great and they do let you intubate after one or two weeks once you get the hang of things. Students do all the admissions and IV lines and once you go in the room you help set up the patient and get everything ready. They're pretty cool about letting students do things. All you have to do is ask.
