I was told by my clinical coordinator that this will be my first rotation

Does anyone know anything about this rotation? Should I go for it?

    Thanks!

Thanks, I saw the thread, it was really informative.

I know that this rotation is blue book. By doing a blue book core, what are the consequences?

Has anybody else gone through this core?

    Should I take this rotation?

depends where you want to end up practicing....doing bluebook rotations, gives you limitations on which states you can get licensed in....i'd suggest calling up the medical board of the states you wish you practice in, and see their requirements in terms of greenbook/bluebook rotations

also, i know admins from AUA and WHMH have both been claiming that OB/GYN here is AOA (blue)..
however, a friend personally met visiting M.D. residents in the OB/GYN department which would make it ACGME (green).
ACGME takes awhile to update their website i believe (WHMC doesn't have a pysch dept, but the website says it is ACGME accredited)
