since the coordinators wont help me, can someone give me advice please?!!

Can somone please answer a few simple questions for me!!! I am a student who transferred to AUA (so I dont know anyone in a semester ahead of me and have nobody to seek advice from) and I recently passed step 1. One of the coordinators emailed me a document checklist of things that I need to turn in to start clincals. One document is some NY state clerkship form I need to sign and another is an attestation form that I need to sign. My question is, were they supposed to send me these forms??? Becuase they didn't, and I keep asking them where to get them and nobody answers. Also what is the ICC certificate?? I emailed and called both the lady in charge of the documents and my coordinator...he just tells me to ask her instead of answering my question and she never responds. I'm really not sure how people these people still have jobs becuase obviously they arent doing them.

I had to register for valueMD becuase these people are beyond inadequate, isnt that sad?

Thanks in advance to any kind person who can lend a helping hand

i uploaded this for you... it should have been sent to you... Download ClinicalGuidelinesHandbookwithRequiredDocuments.pd f from Sendspace.com - send big files the easy way

page 45 is the attestation and page 49 is the NYSED form.... as far as ICC, its part of the package with the hipaa and osha certificate thing (VMD Health Care Training | MyMedCerts.com)

if u want just the icc, you can do it here: Training in Infection Control and Barrier Precautions for NY State Licensed Health Professionals
use this code: ANTG2009GSZG and it comes down to $25, but its cheaper to get the whole package

    HinduDoc,

you are amazing thank you kindly for your help. honestly, when I saw that u uploaded the stuff I needed, I felt like it was christmas all over again. the kindness of strangers warms my heart. AUA should pay you instead of their current coordinators!!!

Also, the same site that offers the AUA discount package has the New York State Infection Control Certificate (ICC) for $19.99 even without a special code.
(New York (NY) Infection Control Training and Certificate Online). Either way you get a great deal!
