Has anyone done electives at Richmond? How are the rotations? How long are they, whats required of you etc. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Yes both surgery and internal medicine is a pre-req for doing electives at RUMCSI. As far as I was told they only offer four week electives. You can do three week electives at Wyckoff and our school does not accept two week electives.

    Sub-I

Does anyone know how Sub-I electives at RUMC are? I'm scheduled for one so I'm not sure what to expect? Whats the schedule like? Do you work like an intern or with a resident?

I got a couple of elective rotations at Maimo. AUA allows us to do 3 week electives and not 2. I have a 3 week surgery rotation at Maimo and our clinical coordinator said its fine.
