Has anyone done a 3 wk elective in Baltimore? I have an odd 3 wk gap that I'm trying to fill. Thanks!

Unless you can schedule it yourself, Dr. S will not schedule you for anything less than 4 weeks.

if you are really want to get another elective in like my case, Marge at Union will work with you. If she likes you and you do well in your IM rotation there she can do a 3 and 3 back to back in two different fields. That would be a total of 6 weeks but in two different fields. She helped me out in my case cause I wanted to fit in one extra rotation but thats my case.

we have to do a three week rotation since we have a total of 27 weeks of electives, which means 6 four week electives and one three week one.
You can do anesthesia in Harbor for three weeks.

I got to intubate at Harbor doing my surgery elective, so the answer is yes the will ,. but it always depends on the docs and your attitude. But I heard the CRNA's donr like students.

most rotations in baltimore are booked until march. Trust me I know, your best luck is to call every day and try to catch one that opens up due to a cancellation... good luck.
