    What HAPPENED???

    Advertisements

There are a lot of things I miss about the former Financial Aid Staff - I'm talking about the staff that were with us from Med 1 (for me that's Jan. 2006). I miss their empathy, their compassion and their genuine interest in our success.

Right now, FA is simply filled with a bunch of ppl who could care less. My experience with them has been anything but productive. No matter how much they talk - they are not saying anything. They simply lack any ounce of credibility.

I have spoken to the president's office over the last week to report this - I'm hoping something is done and SOON!!! RIght now, I'm beginning to fill that I made a huge mistake coming to AUA - and I'm in my 8th semester.

    Its just all too sad.

this post has me worried about how i am going to finance my 2 years of clinicals at AUA. (or maybe actually getting all of my clinicals fit into 2 years will not be possible.) i was told i needed a credit score of greater than 650. mine is 688. is that good enough? am i going to need a cosigner? if i do, i'm going to have to drop out of school and end my plan of becoming a doctor b/c no one i know has the money/credit or would be willing to be a cosigner.
