I'm current student at AUSOM and the main leadership of AUSOM is from directors in the US and not an Island Nationalist from St. Kitts and Nevis. I have met one of the directors of AUSOM before I transferred to AUSOM and I did a full background check on the corporation. I didn't see any Caribbean nationalist as an owner or investor. This is some politician that is trying to get back in power by any means even if he has to hurt the future healthcare of St. Lucia. I think AUSOM will be a very good thing for St. Lucia and once the new national hospital gets finished. They are going to have faculty working in the hospital which means more doctors for St. Lucia and the government won't have to take the hit on staff at the hospital. Thereby saving the St. Lucian government a lot of money. I think the current government and the health minister are really smart for allowing such an institution into St. Lucia. Dr. A is just feeding the media of St. Lucia for political gain for the next election. I also liked his YouTube video where he gives the people of St. Lucia alcohol to rally them up to follow his views. If you read about Dr. A, you will find out that he was the one who got China to build the Metal Wellness Center which fail to be a fully function hospital. They barely use 20 percent of the total mental wellness center. I will tell you as a US citizen that the mental wellness center could never be used for medical tourism. Trust me on that. They had too high hopes. Why do you think there building a new national hospital next door and not just expanded the wellness center. For students, Read the link. I transferred into AUSOM and I've never regretted myself for doing so. If your a student good luck on finding the best school that fits you.

    St. Chris Connection??

This is all to familiar when a chiropractor from the US started a medical school in the U.K. using a Senegal Charter which turned out to be not recognized by the WHO and ECFMG. School closed and students lost all. Lots of lawsuits followed. If same promoter or anyone from this schook, run!!! Yossarrian

I checked with WHO to make sure that were listed and then I asked the school show me a copy of them being accepted for WHO and they showed me in there admin office. Also there are two people from St. Christopher but they are just paid employees. They aren't the owners of the school. I have met one of the main investors of Atlantic and he is a respected doctor in NJ. I will tell I have been at Atlantic for 6 months now and I feel they are going in the right direction and they are really focused on USMLE and all there test questions are USMLE type or harder to make sure you are ready for the USMLE. Trust me this school is the real thing.. I haven't had any trouble and I'm about to start MD5 in the states so I'll keep you guys posted.. If you have questions just message me..
