AUSOM housing and cost of living?

    Advertisements

Would someone please comment on the cost of housing there? It seems they do not have housing on-campus. Their web site has a link to a real estate web site for island housing, but that web site has no rentals available. Please comment on the cost of living in general too, if you can. Thanks so very much!

You're better off trying to find housing on your own. It will always be cheaper. Especially on St. Lucia.

I know students and some instructors that are renting for $375.00 USD per month. There are other students that are sharing a 3 bedroom condo (which by the way is spectacular) for $1000.00 USD each. Most students are renting for $500.00 USD per month. Everyone prefers to be in the Rodney Bay area because of the new mall. You can get everything there from Sushi (Yuk) to Subway.

Yes my landlord right now is Martin Johnson. He is really nice landlord.. his number is 758 713 6615 . he has a bunch of places in rodney bay which is the place to live and 15 min from school.. Tell him that the people from number 7 told u to contact him and he might give you a good deal..
