I asked her if there was a company that owned AUSOM. Her reply, "I don't concern myself with such matters." So I am wondering if this woman looks at who signs her paycheck or whose account the check is drafted on? So this is a Director of Operations that does not know who is on the BOD, does not know who the owners of the school are, and does not know if a company owns the school? Let's take a vote: Is this woman lying? If you log onto the Department of State for New York, "Atlantic University School of Medicine" is not even a licensed entity doing business in the State of New York. So the question has to be asked, "Is this a scam?" There are some claims on the AUSOM website that the school is refusing to back up (the Board of Directors being one). Caribbean medical schools have a bad name and the behavior of this "DOO" in New York is just one reason why. I want this woman's job: you don't have to know anything to keep it and get paid! If I can find out any more information about this school, I will post it on this forum. For now, I would never consider going here until these people can show they are a legitimate operation and are willing to be transparent about it. In the meantime, if there is anyone out there that knows who sits on the BOD or who the owners are, or what company owns this school, please respond. Thanks.
Isn't it great when you get a post making false accusations. Why is it everyone in the school knows the answers to these questions, just another ploy (by you know who) to scare students........
Please if you want to use scare tactics tell everyone that we fail 80% of the class to charge them retake exam fees, or that we don't release grades until they pay their next semester's tuition, or we occupy their study time with coloring books, or (my favorite) we employ students to teach. You can do much better if you really try.........
