What people think of back pain

    Advertisements

Medical portal spinet made several surveys devoted to back pain.

The first survey included 1156 persons. The definite leaders among various methods of pain control have turned out to be gymnastics, TE, and walks. They help 20% of the respondents, that is, 235 persons of those asked. 186 respondents (16%) have confessed that nothing helps them when they have a backache, and the second effective method of pain syndrome relieving after TE and walks has turned out to be pharmaceuticals - they help 15% of those asked (170 respondents).

The second survey is devoted to complications of back pain treatment. 21% of those asked complained of complications after manual therapy. 11% and 9% of the complaints are divided between therapeutic exercises and traction respectively.

The third survey is devoted to medicines for back pains. Respondents were asked about for how long time they take medications when they suffer from back pains. The results can be seen here spinet ru/osteoh/Medicines-for-back-pains.php.

The results of the fourth poll demonstrate that walks help only a small number of people (3,2%) to get rid of pain for a long time. And only 11% of those asked can not complain of pain while walking, but after walking the painful feelings return quickly. A part of the respondents claim that walks do not affect their sense of well-being in any way (12,8%) or have an ambiguous impact on it (11,2%).

Good post! I say that For many people, back pain seems like an unavoidable discomfort. But you may have more control than you think.

The pains are caused by muscles being pinched in your back. To get rid of the pain you have to release the back muscles to free them back up and here's how to do that release:
    Back:
(do while sitting on a chair)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front, and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm as straight as possible. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, then release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

I think all these treatment options help to reduce back pain but their effectiveness depend upon the underlying cause of the pain.
