    Numerous studies have suggested that caffeine has many health benefits. Now, new research suggests that a dose of caffeine after a learning session may help to boost long-term memory. This is according to a study published in the journalNature Neuroscience.

    Yes, researches have found that only 200 mg of caffeine is required to boost long term memory.

    at least coffee is delicious. anyone from seattle? starbucks has a bangin new place, called starbucks reserve or something like that. loads of coffee knowledge in there, in house roasting, awesome baristas.

    PS, for anyone who likes coffee and hasnt had fresh roasted coffee - do yourself a favor and try some

    This is not new. In fact , stimulants such as caffeine or Adderall improve focus and memory enhancement. The reality is that many who drink caffeine are probably treating their ADD without realizing it.

    Very interesting -- I wonder if it only boosts long term memory as in memory recall or if it also helps with remembering things learned or experience under the influence of caffeine.
