Let's see if you remember Dr. R's lectures. What would be the DOC for that pseudomonas infection?

Being a highly resistant Gram Negative makes this a difficult one to treat. I would go with a Fluoroquinolone (gentamicin & imipenem). Is this what Dr. R said as well. I can't remember exactly w/o looking for all my pharm notes.
