Which subclavian artery would you inject with contrast to demonstrate
both carotid and vertebral circulation ?

58yo man with severe hypertension (malignant hypertension) has a stroke. Which area is most likely to atrophied?

Answer: Lenticulate or Striate. Both areas are the most common sites for strokes in Hypertensive patients.
