If you study medicine from USA, UK, Canada, Australia or New Zealand, then you won't have to give the MCI screening exam. Instead, you will give the All India Post Graduate Medical Entrance Examination to pursue your Postgraduate course in the specialty of your choice and further practice in India. But, if you want to practice in India then why not study MBBS in India itself?
