I am currently doing my first year of med school in UniversitÓ Catollica del sacro cuore and im thinking of moving to charles university next year faculty of medicine in hradec kralove but if i want to do that i will jave to repeat the year. I want to do so because i believe charles will help garuantee me a better future especially if i want to do my residency in the US. Is it worth the extra year? Is changing universities worth it?

Man, if you can do a five year programme stay there. Don't be loony and do a 6 year programme. Plus You want to go from Italy to Czech, are you mad? lol Italy is a developed western European country, stay where you are and if anyone tells you otherwise, don't listen to them.
