It's always cool to drop a paper or two on rounds. Here are some ways to keep up

NEJM (nejmDOTorg)
No one can argue with going straight to the source to review journal articles. NEJM still carries impactful articles, but can miss out on public policy such as USPSTF updates and others

The Scope - medicinescopeDOTcom
Weekly email written by IM residents. Brief summaries of practical IM research. Informal

Family medicine SmartBrief (smartbriefDOTcom)
Formal headlines in FamilyMed, for a broader perspective beyond IM

MedScape PulseApp (medscapeDOTcom) Customizable medical news app with headlines

What sources do you guys use?

Those are all good papers/journals.. You can even open it up further to specialty specific journals, such as the JACC, Lancet, Journal of Clinical Onc, or Journal of ID. Granted your school likely has free copies you can access..

But again, NEJM is always a good start.
