Ukraine... it is still NOT a part of the European Union, even when you put "Europe" in the title.

That matters. Yeah, people may theoretically be eligible to work in some European and North American places after graduation from a Ukrainian med school -- but it sure as hell ain't easy, and it ain't bloody likely.

Ukraine is not really part of the European union. Romania is a good choice and it is indeed part of the European union, you can also work in all of Europe. in addition, it is one of the cheapest places for studying and for renting houses.

No. You cannot automatically "work in all of Europe." That is an utter fallacy.

It depends on your citizenship(s), language skills, and general abilities as a medical student/physician. Yes, the EU diploma helps, but it guarantees nothing.
