This smells of an advertisement for Saint Augustine, doesnīt it?

OK, so if you are already in medical school, then what exactly will a medical assistant certificate do for you? Because letīs be honest... in most cases, if you have a pantload of spare time for an outside job during medical school then you are probably not doing it right.

There are exceptions (intellectual savants and the like), but come on. As I see it, the goal is to obtain a residency position after med school graduation, not to be able to make ten bucks an hour before graduation... and then maybe not graduate at all.

Oh, I have a number of suggestions for you. Alas, typing them would result in a TOS violation, so I will abstain.

(Aaaand youīre welcome for the "bump.")

TOS = "Terms of Service."

That means that I do not have nice things to say about your thread. Apparently you did not catch that.

ok, bottom line........ a medical assistant course is a waste of money and USELESS for a medical student. end of story.

if someone was planning on being a medical assistant and just graduated high school, there are many more reputable places to look that i would recommend.
