Hi There,

To be honest, there is no way to tell you the average living costs per year. Housing can be expensive especially if you want to live in the mix of everything in the Rodney Bay and surrounding areas. Plan for $600 - $700US for a studio, or one bedroom in these areas. The cost of living is high, so you would have to factor in costs for food and your other needs. Having said that, this small island has over 5 or 6 medical schools with students coming and going all the time, so the real answer is that it really is an individual thing as to what quality of live you are use to. That really will dictate your average cost per year here. I am sorry I cannot not give exact figures but when you come or speak to other students who may already be here or have lived here, they can give you a gauge if this information is not helpful to you.

Warmest Regards,
Caribbean Habitats
