I know that there has been discussion on this before, but it was from 2004 or around that time. I was wondering what other people thought on the subject. I have been accepted into both schools, but I am not sure which one I want to choose. I am from Michigan and hope to come back home for clinicals and to practice. I have seen a lot of negativity on SMU, but I am not sure if it is bitter students. They are both around the same price, but SABA is tough to travel to. I also read that SABA just changed school officials and that things are different there. Please feel free to shed light on the matter.

No brainer. Saba is established, 50 state approved. SMU is not. Travelling to Saba is not difficult -flight to St. Marteen, and a hop over to Saba on Winair.

When you think about education the travel is not that important. I believe SABA has student loans, they have 50 state approval, many clinical sites (according to their website and students). Its a hard curriculum but go for SABA.
