Isn't there something about 'bad' cholesterol and 'good' cholesterol; and that only the bad one needs to be regulated?

For diet plans you need to eat clean vegetables, clean fruits, seafood and genuine water, But don't eat too much prevent over eating. Eat as much as you need, Keep on everyday exercise and frequent stroll....

Cholesterol is not good for health so it should be controlled. We should avoid eating fast food and oily food stuff to reduce cholesterol.
