It looks like majority of the schools did improve their Step1 rates. In 2009 [exam takers] :
* Grenada (SGU) [816] - 90%
* Dominica (Ross) [901] - 88%
* Netherlands Antilles [667] - 68%
* Antigua [441] - 54%
* Cayman Islands (SMU) [349] - 51%
* Saint Kitts and Nevis [326] - 49%
* Saint Lucia [56]- 37%
* Aruba [57] - 29%

Its weird that in Aruba (Xavier and All Saint) and in Saint Lucia (Spartan and other 4 schools) for the past few years the number of exam takers was only about 50 students per year. Furthermore based on their passing rate, only around 20 students passed the exam in the entire 2009.

If you look at the report, there are two med schools in Dominica, so the 88% if for both, not just Ross. Considering the other school's quality (or lack thereof), Ross's rate would be higher. Please get your facts straight.

Thats true but the number of students taking step1 is so low that it almost doest affect Ross'es score.
