Hello everyone,

I am a Canadian university student which was raised in Wroclaw and still has family there so as a result I would like to study in the city. I would like to find out if the 6-year english program at the medical school in Wroclaw is accredited/recognized in Canada. I did my research, however, all I can come up with is this satement from the universities website:

Wroclaw Medical University is recognised by:

United States Department of Education, Federal Student Aid, Schools Channel
Attention: Foreign Schools Case Team
Union Center Plaza, 73C3
830 First Street, NE
Washington, DC 20202-5340

I figured if its recognized in the US it should be recognized in Canada and that's why I'm posting this question.

To be honest I don't think Canada officially recognizes anyone over seas. I spoke to a few foreign doters and they said that you still have to take courses when you come back for approx 2 years, and take multiple tests. On top of that they send you somewhere far away and remote i.e Nunavut for a few years.... You are still looked upon as an INTERNATIONAL DOCTOR....

Please feel free to correct me if im wrong :D Im just going off of what i was told by other doctors and people....
