hey ana12! what kind of allergy do you have? it is food allergy? pet allergy? i hope you got help by visiting a clinic or your primary care doctor!

Until and unless you will not elaborate the real situation about the so called allergy you have, how could anyone discuss further.. please give us a hint about it and will try to resolve your problem..

Yah... You have to elaborate here what kind of allergy do you have... in food you eat or in air you breath... Please be specific of what kind of allergy you suffering today... So that we will give the right advice and medication...

if it is really bad, take an antihistamine to offset the symptoms.

There are many types of alergies . So I would suggest you that protect your self from the surroundings which is responsible for that particular type of allergy. For ex if you are having allergy in breath then you can stop yourself in going to dusty and polluted enviornment.
