Hey everyone,

I'm an AUA student and will be leaving my apartment near WHMC at the end of August or in September (move-in date is negotiable). It is a 1BR/bath in a brand new building, with good neighbors, and a great landlord. It is 1 minute walking distance from Wyckoff Heights Medical Center and about the same to the nearest L-line subway. I have it fully furnished with queen-size bed, dressers, 2 AC window units, LCD TV, couch, desk, reclining chair, dinner table with chairs, lamps, coffee maker, microwave, dishes, cups, pots and pans, utensils, iron, ironing board, and just about everything you can possibly need to live very comfortably in this area. I am selling all this furniture for a miserable price of $1500. I bought it off another student who was leaving and have no further use for it since my plans have changed for after this block. It is all as good-as-new. Please scroll down to view pictures. Apartment and furniture will be clean upon your arrival and I will provide you with all the information for hooking up your utilities.

If you are willing to purchase all the furniture, I will THEN put you in contact with the landlord so you can obtain the apartment too. He is a great guy who responds immediately to any problems or concerns. Its a month-by-month 'lease' so you don't have to sign your life away to move in. $1100/month includes water only, but believe me you will not find anything in this great shape anywhere nearby. Good neighborhood with lots of grocery stores and laundry sites. Sup keeps the building and surrounding area very clean. Trash and recycling is in the basement. No loud neighbors - most of whom are med students too anyway. Truly a great apartment to get away from the hospital even for an hour. Oh, it also has burglar bars on the windows so you can open them up and still feel safe!

Contact me only with serious inquiries please! I do not come on here too often, so please email or PM instead of posting a reply. You can email me at removed Thanks!

Hi.
I'm a female medical student from Ross. I'm quiet, respectful, clean, organized, non-smoker, non-IVDA (haha!). I am seeking out the same in a potential roommate.

I'm looking for another FEMALE medical student who is willing to share this cozy 1 br/1bath apartment with me. Located on Stockholm, between Wyckoff & Irving literally 1 minute walk to Wyckoff. I plan to purchase the furniture so the apt will come fully furnished--you just bring your clothes & books!! Only thing is one of us will have the bedroom, the other will inhabit the living area that will be screened off to make it another room. Even more, I really don't mind inhabiting the living room if in case you decide you want the bedroom. Hopefully, you will want to see this place before you 2nd guess the idea!

Your part is as outlined below:
Move-In date: Sept. 1. 2010
Move-Out date: Must give me at least 1-month notice
Security Deposit: $550 (refundable)
Monthly rent: $550
Monthly Utilities (Internet, Electricity, Gas): $ 50-75

Serious inquiries only ---> Send me a PM for more information or so we can agree on a time to view the apartment!! I highly recommend it!! Thanks for taking my offer into consideration. :)

Hi,
The apartment I am advertising is the same one listed by Vokamis. So the pictures posted above are of the exact apartment. The apartment is being occupied right now but if I can find a female roommate I would like to take over the lease on Sept. 1. Since you can't PM just yet (I think you may have to increase the # of your posts before you can PM), email me details about yourself & if you are interested in viewing the apartment to get a feel of the layout let me know of the day @ time.

Look forward to hearing from you.
