You can wear hats in most classes, definitely in first. Some profs won't let you do it.
Scrubs.... it may be a little inconsiderate to others who prefer not to smell cadaver during regular class time. If you don't live in the bottom you can bring your scrubs and change before lab. Otherwise people change at home. You will not be allowed into the library with scrubs.

Dude, it's a hat. Why is this so important to you? More importantly, why would you want to spend more time in your scrubs than you absolutely have to. You do realize after two days they'll smell like dead people and formaldehyde, right?

SCRUBS are allowed in class. just not in the study rooms or library.

HATS can be worn in class. yep yep.
