A thread titled, "TEAMS American Medical Students Program at Technion", has been removed pending further investigation because of numerous Terms of Service violations.

Aside from bringing it to your attention, I wanted to point out some of the rules of the forum that seem to have been ignored on that thread so users can avoid further issues. Specifically, posting personally identifying info (i.e. personal names, descriptions, etc), personal insults (i.e. name-calling), multiple accounts, impersonating others, profanity, etc, are against the Terms of Service (http://www.valuemd.com/disclaimer.php). Please review the TOS if you have any questions.

Although the Moderator Team can go through the entire thread and hand out a bunch of infractions for the many violations, I thought I'd respectfully ask that users be more mindful of the rules and let everyone off with a friendly warning instead. For example, if you currently have more than one account (normally results in a permanent ban of ALL accounts), use only ONE from now on. And if you disagree with someone on the forum, debate the issues in a professional manner. After all, everyone here is either training to be, or already is, a professional ;).

Thanks for your cooperation.

Well, I guess my friendly request to follow the TOS fell on deaf ears as the many violations continued. As a result, this forum will be closed temporarily as we sort out the mess and hand out infractions.

Just an FYI, restarting similar threads in other forums will result in immediate infractions. So please use this time to make yourselves familiar with the terms of service so you won't have problems when/if it reopens.

The Israeli forum will now be reopened. However, two threads have been removed and will not be reinstated because there were too many TOS violations that it became too time-consuming to go through them. Feel free to reopen the original topic of discussion, but please do so within the TOS.

Some users have received infractions, others have been banned. I encourage all users to please read the Terms of Service (http://www.valuemd.com/disclaimer.php) before posting to avoid further issues.

Hopefully we can now get back to respectful discussions about Israeli medical schools and keep things within the TOS.
