If you don't pass a lesson like Anatomy in Czech republic educational system what happens?I mean I have heard that you have 3 chances to pass a lesson but if you don't succeed in all 3 times do you have to repeat the whole year?

Well each university has different policies when it comes to failing subjects. I think pretty much all the faculties of Charles University are rather strict. You don't pass after the 3 attempts, you have to repeat the year (although you don't need to retake every single subject again...just the one/s you failed). You can also take a few less important courses in the 2nd year (like Czech and Physical Education).

yes, and also at the end of summer break, just before the next year starts, they give you a chance to repeat (at least 3rd med. faculty does), but I'm not so sure about anatomy exactly, I'm positive for biochem and biology though. Anyways, those exams are usually even tougher then I heard. So you better study all summer long if you haven't before... ;)
