Probably one of the most boring things to talk about, oh well. My teeth have followed the path of my hair, with age it continues to worsen. ...well, I decided to restyle my hair by completely going bald (it was a forced decision ) but I can't just rip my teeth out obviously. So, on my adventure towards white teeth I have tried a few techniques, not many, but still a few. Technique #1: Brushing my teeth! Believe it or not, brushing your teeth does have some effects. I decided to brush my teeth twice a day. Once in the morning, and again at night. Mind you, I may have missed a day or two, more than once. Result: The nasty green color in my teeth went away. The yellow became much less noticeable. Technique #2: Brushing my teeth with baking soda! Enjoyable? Maybe not. Effective? Definitely. If you are willing to torture yourself by brushing your teeth with baking soda then there may be some good results from doing so. After a while you might even grow to enjoy the flavor! Result: I did this while brushing my teeth with normal toothpaste. By adding baking soda it almost got all the unwanted colors and grossness out of my teeth. Technique #3: Brushing my teeth with Sensodyne ProNamel! Alright, so I have a dentist friend and I got her to steal me some toothpaste. Clever? Definitely. Small tubes, definitely will not last too long, but I will have to buy more in the future. Result: I just used it for the first time five minutes ago (inspired me to write this) and I was pleasantly surprised with the results after just one use! A sloppy use of course, just rushing myself to get back to the computer, no effort when brushing. Let me just put it this way...I just went about a week without brushing my teeth and during the week my teeth have seen a lot of scary things. They were really yucky once again but right after brushing them all the nasty stuff went away! Now they are pretty much completely white. While it may be far from a shiny white, it is no longer yellow, green, etc. Also, not only did it change my teeth's color but they feel different too. They feel stronger, but it feels like I got a swolen overbite for some reason ...it feels like I have the messy teeth whitening strips on my mouth stuck there, hardening in place. There are parasites crawling out of my nose! Ohh dear, I think the toothpaste got me high.

probably i would say the most curious thing to talk about as everyone want a smile that is shiny enough to attract the fore fronter. though teeth whitening has got several techniques but every technique is not suitable for everyone. one has to get the analysis of his teeth before going for any cosmetic treatment. so a consultation with a qualified cosmetic dentist is must. if you are to find a cosmetic dentist close to your home then you can refer to top3dentists.com where you can find the most qualified cosmetic dentist around you.

I strongly do agree with it that every thing does not suit to every one. Dentist give advices according to your dental health or condition that`s why we can not suggest any specific treatment without knowing and checking. If you want free consultancy services then I know e good dentists in Diamond Bar CA and you can easily find good tips by contacting at "deltadental.com" or "gurzdental.com".

Brushing your teeth is really a must! After each meal, it is advisable to brush your them right away. If you can't, you can try to swirl water on your mouth to get rid of the entrapped food particles on your teeth. There are whitening procedures that you can try if you really want to whiten them. I am not saying, home remedies like using baking soda are not effective because i heard so much about it. But if i will choose and have the money to go to a dental clinic, i would choose this since it will be easier.

This is true, leftovers + saliva = bad breath and bad teeth, tongue, it should also be washed regularly

also it restore the self-confidence and appearance of individuals who suffer from yellowed or stained teeth due to smoking, drinking or bad eating habits, as well as those who suffer from genetic problems, and those taking antibiotics for a multitude of medical conditions.

The best practice may be using baking soda to keep your teeth clean white. I liked the information that you people shared over here and would like to tell you that my personal experience is good with Dr. Gurz who is a good dentist in Diamond Bar CA. He is also offering cheap fee for treatment. You may contact him for any dental problem as he is a good specialist and working for several years.

we need the best at home teeth whitening kit as we often find ourselves suffering from discolored teeth. Not only do teeth lose their natural whiteness as we grow, our food habits as well as other habits like smoking, excessive consumption of tea or coffee, etc also contribute significantly to the discoloration. So your post is definitely useful. for teeth Whitening.

Good and healthy teeth give confidence to speak or laugh in public. There were stains on my teeth and I went for teeth whitening treatment in Toronto. My dentist Dr. Stephen Phelan asked me not to smoke and drink too much coffee. I did laser treatment to get rid of the stains and whiten my teeth and it is very effective. I too think before consulting a dentist you should research about him/her in detail. It is not necessary that every cosmetic treatment should be successful for everyone. And also keep in mind an experienced dentist can help you better than anyone.
