I plan on attending UNIBE in Santo Domingo for the Sept 09 Semester and I was just wondering if there were any current students or even people who are going into the English program that could offer me any tips or advice I should be aware of. I don't have to worry about living situations or anything of the sort because my father lives in the Dominican Republic and is also a practicing physician. What I want to know is how is life as a student in UNIBE how are the professors, students and classes. I have visited the campus but wasn't there long enough to really ask around or experience a class.

Well
The profesor some of them are mean and disrespectfull and some other simply don't care to teach you. So you have to study a lot and at your own. And don't expect the faculty to care about complainings they just won't hear you.
Students are nice, if you find a kind soul that gives old test to review good for you otherwise you have to study a loooot.
Classes like i said it depends who teach.
