Go to college/university work hard earn good grades take a very good MCAT prep course, get your B.S. and get in a good US medical school. Don't take short cuts. Don't do pre-med courses in the Island schools.

Well, doing your undergrad in the States is a lot better then doing it in the carib, or any foreign school in that matter...unless you're planning to attend Oxford or something. However, St. George University (grenada) has a premed program that is pretty good (although not comparable). Pros about going to SGU is that you won't have to take the MCAT to get into there med school (that is if you pass there PMSCE and you maintain atleast a 3.0). Another pro is that the undergrad program is only three years :D.
