Is it possible for an AUA graduate to practice in Canada?

What extra exams and loopholes would one need to go through.

How does residency factor into this equation?

Just for clarity's sake, I'm a US citizen.

You should check a section on this forum called Canadian IMG, there is some great information there.

This website contains VERY detailed info..
w w w . carribean medicine . c o m

*for some reason my antivirus detected a trojan, but its a fairly authentic website...go at your own risk i guess

But as a summary, it is extremely difficult to return to practice in Canada.. I'm a Canadian citizen myself and was looking into all this but the difficulty and probability of being successful is fairly low...but it probably can be done.

Good luck
