Hey all
erm...I'm 17 and will be attending the 6 year program NEXT YEAR. I've heard that comparing to other medical schools, UW's buildings are scattered and not concentrated in one location, thus students need to even take buses between classes. Is this true? Thanks!

Yes, it is true, but you will get used to it.
During your 1st year you will have classes at 3 primarily locations, Anatomy/histology on Chalubińskiego street (in centrum, 10 mins walk from the Central station) Polish classes on Zlota street (about 20 mins walk from the Central station) and most of your remaining classes are held in the Didactic building next to the deans office on Zwirki i Wigury (about 10 mins by bus from the central station)
