The only english speaking country in central america is Belize. It's not the best time to go to med school in Belize, in my opinion.

I would go with one of the bigger schools, like Ross, SGU, AUC, or Saba.

the atlantic half of Nicaragua only speak english. It is known as la costa atlantica.

This is great! It really shows me where to expand my blog. I think that sometime in the future I might try to write a book to go along with my blog, but we will see…Good post with useful tips and ideas

Thanks for the answers! Yeah, I agree with you, Belize is the only English-speaking country in Central America, you're totally right. English is the official language of this country but at the same time, people speak Kriol there. When you hear the language that Belizians speak, you understand that you're in a unique country. Even the most up-tight citizens sound relaxed there. Their words seem short but you don't have to worry because the locals will teach you the phrases unfamiliar to you.
