Roney Palace condominium apartment for rent. 1 large bedroom, 1 full bath. Fully furnished. This apartment is recently renovated and beautifully decorated. Front on ocean view! For 1-2 months: 2800 per month.
For a semester: 2500 per month.
For summer semester: 2200 per month.
For 6 months or more 2200-2300 per month. (Depending on months.)
For spring break/Passover: 2600 for 2 weeks.

All prices are negotiable.

There is a registration fee (for rental association) of $125 for first person, and $75 for each additional person.

Security deposit is $1,400.

There is a one time $100 cleaning fee.

People still do electives on South Beach at Mt. Sinai.

Unfortunately Mount Sinai doesn’t take foreign medical students for electives anymore. I had all the intention to do an elective there and come back to Miami, but is not going to happen at least not in Miami Beach. :(

Good to know. I almost emailed them today about electives in the Fall because our school lists them as friendly to our students.
