Hi, My name is max and I was wondering if someone could help me out. I'm right now in high school and I wish to become a doctor as soon as possible due to the fact I wish to make my parents dream come true.

I'm entering my senior year and I was wondering if anyone knew some good Six Year programs I can enter, preferrably in England, or any other institution that follows the USLEM so that when I come back to the United States, it will be easier when I take the STEP exams. Any help anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thank You

Schools in the U.K. (including England) do not "follow" USMLE - not one little bit! There are substantial differences in the content and style of U.S. or Caribbean schools and those of the U.K. Of course medicine is medicine the world over and any decent school will give you some prep. for the steps. However, if you want to maximise that aspect of your education go to the U.S. or Caribbean.
U.K. schools are every bit as difficult to get into as their American counterparts - some claim they're more difficult.
Also, please reconsider your plan of skipping undergraduate college in the U.S. There are many posts on this subject; for a recent one see last post in this thread-

and peruse these forums to find lots of reasons to go to an American school if that is where you want to practise.
