Take a look at this government site: http://www.stkittsnevis.net/accreditation.html

Looks like IUHS is good to May 14, 2005

(That leaves a year to convince St. Kitts to not renew the accreditation. lol )

The Government of Stkittsnevis is so backward that no one will convince them not to renew the accreditation.

The Indian government has closed down IUHS operations there, the British government closed down IUHS operations in the UK. But in backward St Kitts where the economy is poor and money laundering rampant, we can expect nothing more than the position of St Kitts .

Look at what it costs IUHS for this service- less than one semester's tuition for one student.

To close IUHS we must get the prospective students, and convince the Boards not to license thier grads.

Of course many of them are transferring.

It is interesting to note though that the St Kitts Government is giving Windsor trouble with thier accreditation. This school has a better program, and brings more students and more tourists dollars to St Kitts. Remember most of IUHS students are in the correspondence internet program.

It is clear that the St Kitts government is full of *****.

Four years ago, the Oregon Office of Degree Authorization said that "St. Kitts-Nevis is notorious in the hemisphere for licensing just about anything as a college." See the slightly dated by interesting article in the highly regarded journal CHRONICAL OF HIGHER EDUCATION, "States Struggle To Regulate Online Colleges," by Sarah Carr, March 23, 2001. The article is online at: http://chronicle.com/free/v47/i28/28a03401.htm.

The point of the article is that any college's accreditation on the island kingdom of St. Kitts-Nevis is highly suspect among the Departments of Education and Medical Boards of the United States.
