Hi guys,
Can anyone explain how dobutamine works?? Indications? SE?
esp- how it increases conduction velocity???

okay...i think that dobutamine is a b1 and b2 agonist..beta one more than beta 2. it works as a sympathomimetic causing constriction increasing your b.p. it is used in the case of shock and severe hypotensive situations. it cause vasoconstriction systemically but the increases kidney perfusion. i hope this helped. take care
